1. Cancellation by Customer
- 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus ₹500 processing fee
- 15–30 days before travel: 50% refund
- 7–15 days before travel: 25% refund
- Less than 7 days before travel: No refund
- No-show: No refund
2. Cancellation by Series Tours
- Unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, govt restrictions): full refund or reschedule
- Minimum group size not met: full refund within 7 business days
3. Refund Process
- Processed within 7–10 business days to original payment method
- Credit/debit card refunds: additional 5–7 business days to reflect
- UPI and wallet refunds: typically 3–5 business days
4. Modifications
- Date changes free if requested 15+ days before travel (subject to availability)
- Destination/package changes may incur cost difference
- Changes within 7 days treated as cancellation + rebooking
5. Force Majeure
In case of events beyond our control (floods, strikes, pandemics, government orders), we offer:
- Full credit for future travel valid for 12 months
- Or a refund minus any non-recoverable costs
